This thus far the worst experience that me and my family have experience. Damien Muriel words can't even express the way he handle things, the staff is so unprofessional. The businesse it self is completely unprofessional. Completely unhappy with this funeral home all together. I woule not recommend this Damien and his staff to no one i mean absolutely no one.

First and foremost, the funeral director misplaced her phone in the trunk of the funeral car which shouldn't have been on her from the beginning. To make up the time of making the family late to the church, she drove off and left half the family. Majority of us who were in the back of the line, driving over 75mph to keep up with where she went to. Not to mention no officers were in the back of the line so random people were driving in the funeral line! My cousin ended up hitting a pothole so hard, she ended up getting a flat tire!! We had to keep calling the family car to tell her to slow down because she left everyone. This was beyond sad and just ridiculous!!

Jackson Memorial handled my father & aunt’s funeral services. It’s a great location, beautiful building & Damian was awesome! I wish I could say the same for the business office. Failure to return calls, unprofessional staff, with no regards to customer’s time, were just a few of my concerns. It’s unfortunate to deal with the loss of a loved one, but obnoxious behavior is unacceptable!
