My mother passed away 3/3/13 and I don't know what I would have done without the Richmond-August staff and their services. Lasha August was "outstanding" and her staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent service, I couldn't have asked for anything more or better. They did a fantastic job on my mother's body, she looked like the pearl she was in life, thanks to the staff at Richmond-August. It is so nice and refreshing to do business with people who actually deliver what they promise and then some; those days seem to be long forgotten.

Professional, helpful, caring, patience yet suggestive, air of calm, prepared, capable and yet able to provide assurance are all terms that I use to describe my experience this past week with Richmond-August Funeral Home in Biloxi, MS. I’m not easily impressed but I was overwhelmed by Lasha August & the professional staff/team at RAFH. From the very first, Lasha provided all of the information that we needed to help us along the process of laying to rest our loved one. We were EXTREMELY pleased with EVERYTHING. To top it off, their extra touches of kindness pulled a celebration of life together really well. They even sang a line or two at the graveside of “I’m Free, Praise the Lord”! Impressed??? The Richmond-August Funeral home staff were absolutely phenomenal. Ms. Lasha August, the Vice President was very accommodating, attentive, patient, compassionate and professional.
