I think the service was beautiful, unfortunately I feel like I was disrespected and made to look like a fool. My husband and I was seated on the left away from everyone else. Also when I asked for a copy of my mother’s death certificate I was told that I couldn’t have one. Then was called a few days later and told to come down and they would give me a copy, they made it sound like it was out of the goodness of their heart.. lol I had to sign a paper and when I asked why I was told it was just a release form . Also I was told I was on the insurance policy but I wouldn’t have to pay for the funeral not that I would mind because it’s my mother but as it turns out they took half of the money that was left to me to pay for the funeral so they lied !!I would not ever use these people again they are liars!’n
