THEY TREATED OUR FAMILY WITH SO MUCH RESPECT WHEN MY MOM PASSED AWAY AND WHEN DAD PASSED AWAY THEN AGAIN WHEN MY SISTER IN LAW PASSED AWAY !!! I AM BEING RUDE BUT. WHEN MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY HIS FAMILY USED LUDLUM . I WILL .NEVER STEP. FOOT. IN THERE AGAIN !!! THEY VERY VERY .RUDE TO US !!!!

At one of the hardest times In my live, I was called to the side Before funeral was to start and informed my mother’s insurance may or may not pay for the funeral., but @ “ don’t worry we will still have it “ Then harrraaed repeatedly by phone calls , one of which the lady told me she waS seeking legal action...my moms insurance paid in full. . The hardest part is how many family members we trusted with Cutshall. I pray they never have to go through or be treated with as disrespect as my family was.
