I went with my mother a number of years ago to pre-plan her funeral arrangements. My mom had dementia and passed away on April 8, 2016. All my brother and I needed to do was make a call to set up a meeting with Scott or Mary to finalize the details. Everything went so smoothly. Everyone we.worked with was so loving and professional. Mary Ann did a wonderful job on Mom's hair. She looked beautiful. The Mueller family have always been kind and professional. This is our mortuary of choice for all family members. I lost my beloved mother three years ago to complications of Alzheimer's Disease. Then a year ago my brother passed away unexpectedly. I was very close to both my mom and brother and felt their losses deeply. I was trying to deal with my grief and was told about Grief Share by Scott Mueller and Alex Hacker and had the privilege of attending this support group last year. This group is led by two amazing women, Sue and Cindy, and I found it so helpful - to have a place to meet with others who were also dealing with losses. It gave me a safe and nurturing place to share my experiences and feelings but to also hear from others and I learned alot. Grief Share is an excellent program and I especially liked that it is faith based. Mueller Memorial arranged the services for both my mom and brother. Scott Mueller and his staff are professional and knowledgable and were always available for questions. Most importantly, my family and I were treated with compassion and respect and it meant a lot when we were experiencing such sad and difficult times. I am forever grateful.

In deep sadness I planned my cousins funeral. The staff at Mueller's were very helpful. Kind, caring and very understanding. They worked to give us many options and helped us make hard decisions. This may sound silly, but my cousin lived a colorful life, so we wanted to honor her as she lived. I hated the bronze paint color on the vault. So they made a call and we chose bright fuchsia ! I know my cousin would have loved that touch! We all smiled when we drove to her gravesite. They made our sadness a wonderful experience.

I cannot thank Mueller Memorial enough for the kindness, respect, and help that they provided to my family and I after the unexpected death of my grandmother. We were not prepared in the slightest to lose her, especially since it was about a week before Christmas. The services Mueller Memorial held for my grandmother were absolutely beautiful. They took the time to learn about our family and the memory of my grandmother so that they could truly honor her; the attention to detail was remarkable. The signage, printing, memorial DVD, and flower arrangements at her services were designed with stunning, pink roses, which were my grandma’s absolute favorite. They accommodated for a lovely prayer service following her visitation at their White Bear Lake chapel. It was everything that my grandmother would have wanted. Even now, long after my grandma’s services have passed, Mueller Memorial continues to be there for my family and I. Grief Compass is a free program that they offer to every family they serve. This is Mueller’s way of providing support to families throughout the grief process, and it really is a great resource to help guide you through such a difficult time. I don’t think any other funeral homes offer a program like that, so that’s just another reason why my family will continue to place our trust in Mueller Memorial to honor our loved ones who have passed.

If 6 stars from heaven was a choice I would use that. For that incredible staff to work with your family with details but with respect, patience and spirituality is incredible. A hard time but we were able to celebrate the passing of our loved one in large part due to Mueller Funeral Homes staff and experience.
