Worst experience ever. The funeral director ignored the legal health directive, set up meetings with other people without the contract holder present, was warned about potential theft but assured us that wouldn't happen. The director manipulated the contract holder and catered to estranged family members. To top it off, the funeral director wasn't even present for the funeral as they said they would be, someone we never met was there and no phone call prior. Items were stolen (the director there never met anyone, so she had no clue who to watch for theft and there was not a 2nd person to help her as stated there would be), so they didn't watch things as they said they would. The funeral director later claimed they had a personal funeral, which was a lie according to the replacement director provided, and of course doesn't account for no phone call to let us know she wouldn't be there ahead of time. Anyone from the location could had called. It would had made a huge difference to what we did to protect from theft. So the director chose not to be at our loved ones funeral. The funeral service wasn't pleasant at all and could have all been prevented. We would of had someone stay to watch the items since 'people' made it clear of their intentions to steal and had a history of stealing from our loved one. The funeral home replaced one of the items stolen, but we were left with thank you cards we would never use because the guest book was stolen. So in the end, our loved one even in death was again victimized not only by his own family members, but the funeral home and funeral director. Would never use this funeral home.
