My Father passed 8/27/16, As I had all kinds of support with little money and no insurance; Estes put all that at ease with helping me with the process. They were more than helpful in my process of giving my Father what he wanted. Even down to the final hour of payment, helped me in making the best choice for my family meaning my Fathers only 2 children and his Grandchildren. Thank you Estes as Iam still Grieving and can actually take the time to reflect and give my appreciation as well as all my family and friends that was there to help and support in the time that was really needed. We chose Estes as our family has had good luck with them they did really good for my great grandma and uncles service how ever Richard the original owner passed away and the nephew took it over. It went from good to bad very quick my programs I paid good money to only get many typos I’m not good with grammar but I would of thought Anna would spell check it. When we talked with her she was rude inconsiderate a matter of fact she told us to get the hell out of her office and the worst thing is my 88 year old grandma was in the office with us. This thanksgiving I grieve with out my dad Contacted the funeral director about getting our money back he agreed but we only got 65$ of the $165 I thought Tracy was a good man but prepare to be duped if you want a good service go some where else. Estes is the Car Hop of funeral chapels!
