My siblings and I recently had to deal with the sudden loss of our mother. I want to acknowledge the kindness and patience of the entire staff! Tamika was very patient in handling the variety of “attitudes” that my family brought with them. Kevin facilitated our viewing with all of the class and professionalism that one could ask for. I was especially surprised to see Mr. Banks arrive, personally, to check on the family. My expectations where far exceeded. Their rates were the best in Flint...they really understand and work with you! They handled our gravesite service with excellence. We received MANY compliments of well our Mom looked. They come highly recommended!

Mr. Bank and his team did an exceptional job on making sure my family was pleased with laying our Sweet Kaylon to rest. This was not a easy situation for our family but the process was very smooth. Mr. Banks provided all of our desires and was very attentive. We still discuss how nice the homegoing we had for him and it's been almost 2 months. I would recommend his services to any family and I would return if I ever need his services. God bless Sheldon Banks and his team,and continue to provide Excellent service to the community. Price was reasonable, they did work with the family memebers on price but then after it was paid in full. The funeral home said they did to rent a bigger casket. When we started the funeral someone from the funeral walked up to my cousin and told her to turn the music down.. It was the opening song to start the funeral. Then the preacher started to proceed. He prayed and asked if any one had a few things to say. Two people spoke up and then the two mwn from the funeral home walked down the middle of the aisle moved flowers over and then proceed to move my aunt over and crank her body down into the casket. The funeral workers than said to start making your way to the front to say your final goodby. The preacher did not even read the obituary yet! This was the most unorganized funeral home I have ever been to.

The arrangements were organized and timely, from putting together obituaries to making sure my dad was buried respectfuly, the funeral home went over and above. I have never had to do someones job for them my moms paper work sent in a month later after i tell staff how no music no working mic for the preacher at service no donation box nothing i asked for was there but preacher staff is under trained all and all ty to the preacher and me and family went good everything else a mess the cremation place played her song for her sad just sad should of been done only thing she asked for was not at her service for her sorry mom it hurt me to my core i wont go back cheap but nope
