Very polite and accommodating. We had a huge turnout and they continued to keep bringing in chairs for the memorial. It's a hard thing to lose someone you love. They were helpful.

The people at Martin's go over and above to help a family at the time of need. I know this from two experiments. They did my mom's funeral back in 2005 wonderful super job easy to work with. Most recently April 2019 they help me plan and coordinate with a funeral home in Sullivan Illinois where I live now my dad's funeral. Going over and above again. They use their imagination and try to have a good time while still the most respect for the family in a time of the need. There was no surprises everything was straightforward. Very highly recommended group of people wonderful very kind staff.

No no no. Do not even contact this place! They are currently attempting to rip me and my family off! I told them there was no burial and just a cremation and the loved one is CURRENTLEY out of state. So when i get the price from them we tell them that we are going to find another place that is cheaper so than they take it upon themselves to mive my loved one to a funeral home in georgia who dont even offer cremation! Told the down south funeral home to never contact my family. And now my loved one is currently stuck at a home we have to pay a 400 dollar moving fee for that we never should have had to pay because we told them we were not going to use them! Martin funeral home do not care one bit and are only in buisness to profit off of our loss! Mind you the situation is still ongoing and there are even MORE details i did not go into...just a shame. A sad sad shame

I want to Thank all the Martin staff for doing such a wonderful service for my Father Bruce Oliver. The room itself was staged beautifully. You made the days spent there more calming and comfortable, right down to the warm chocolate cookies. I want to send a special Thank You to Adam Martin. As an only child Adam, I can't explain what it meant to me the way you handled my situation. You did this for my Mother Peggys service 2 years ago and I wasn't even aware of it. Thank you is surely not enough. God Bless You for giving me the peace and serenity during the most difficult time of my life.

Would love to know where the adults are. The kids dealing w business give bad information and don't know what they're doing. My family as well as my husband's have went through them for years. Never again....

Martin's Funeral Home is an amazing place. Their staff is very helpful, caring and kind. My mother passed away in March and as a 19 year old girl I was very overwhelmed with the whole process and I couldn't be more thankful for the help I recieved from everyone there. It's been almost 9 months since her funeral and they still call and check on me. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

All the family lives out of town, but the staff at Martin’s were exceptional in walking us through the steps and foreseen all our needs in advance. Some of the staff were rude. I understand accomidating loved ones who are certainly grieving. But having a child that will occasionally cry and be fussy, I went to the tribute cafe with my child. I was told I wasn’t allowed up there out of respect of the family because the footsteps can be heard down below. I had mentioned that I had been up there for some time, so that I can try to keep the baby calm. I feel with the cameras in the building they would’ve seen me go up the first time. Then come back down to get a diaper to change the baby. Upon reentering is when I was told I’m not supposed to be up there. Next time please post a note stating that during a service no one is allowed up there. I myself haven’t been to a area so I supposed I don’t know the proper protocol

I would absolutely recommend Martin Funeral home! Martin Funeral Home did my Mom's service this past Monday, 4/1/19. I cannot begin to express the respect, helpfulness, consideration and sympathy shown to my family and I during this extremely difficult time. The details the staff did to showcase Mom's loves and personality were absolutely outstanding! Some of us thought other family members had brought stuff of Mom's up. This team went out of their way to help in all ways possible, including playing the last song, while Mom was being carried out, not only in the room, but also in the hurst so it could be heard by all. Martin Funeral staff are warm, caring people that definitely show compassion when working with families that are suffering an extreme loss. They made us feel comfortable, satisfied, and completely at ease that Mom, indeed, had chosen the right funeral home to help guide us through this sad time. I am forever grateful to the entire staff.
