Don't go here. They have a very nice funeral home, too bad the staff is rude. I had two problems with the greeter. First I was straight ignored when asking where the bathroom was, twice. Second I was not aware I couldn't have a drink in the chapel, and when I was told, it was "There is a lounge downstairs for a reason". I received many dirty looks because I was in and out of the building multiple times. The provide coffee, but that's it. No bottled water, just a few funny rating water fountains. I recommend you go to Cunningham/Taylor in Auburn, or Steele in Bay City. Also, there was 3 or 4 funeral homes going on at once, so not very personal, and definitely not enough parking. They only get two stars because they had a very clean and nice building. One star for the staff.
