I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home- Gayle and her staff handled my mother’s body beautifully- They were honest, sympathetic, and nobody tried to up sell or take advantage of us during this tragedy. The staff was friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. Gayle, provided anecdotes from her own life...and was just the perfect person to have on our side through this overwhelming situation. Family, extended family and friends are still talking about how Beautiful and serene my mother looked, and we owe all this to GAYLE who is following her true vocation. God bless you and your work. If you would like to have this hard time for your family to be even harder, go to this place. They were unprofessional and disorginized. They had our family waiting in our cars and didnt even have their own facilities. Their transpertation was late and they communicated poorly. Im serious people, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I confronted one of the employees after a 3rd unprofessional occurance. And then the owner proceeded to tell the grieving grandmother how I called her unprofessional and pleaded her case. Mind you, she did this during the family viewing!!

Very unprofessional and rude. My mother dealt with them in for the funeral of my Great Aunt and she was met with the nastiest of attitudes from the funeral director. The one start they are receiving is only because to post this I have to rate them.
