We did not have a funeral home picked out . I read the reviews . I am happy to say everything went smooth. No issues at all. I knew what my mom was expecting for her funeral wishes , Karen helped our family very much . Receptionist was so pleasant and helpful as well . I am not from Traverse City so being from out of town making a choice like this is difficult and you really only have reviews to help with the decision. If you are in the same position I was you will be able to put your trust and have all the confidence you need to let them help you through this difficult time . My mom looked great for her next adventure. I miss her . Having the confidence knowing this is last gift of love is a blessing.

we are very pleased with the services you have provided us and the way you took care of every need possible even over and above what we expected, the staff were very pleasant, thoughtful and left no question unanswered or anything undone. would tell any and all to use your services, not even a hint of anything you didn't do or left undone, Karen the manager bent over backwards to fulfill our wishes and more. we were not sure what needed to be done but Karen told us to relax they have it covered, and it was. Will use your services when needed again. we are sure Beverly's brother and her mother are both pleased to be together, after 69 years of being missing from the Korean War they are united again and we have closure to, thank you Covell and Staff.

Chris and his staff were stellar. We dropped off items and picture boards and they arranged every item perfectly. The small private funeral home was perfect for our memorial. Cozy and well arranged. Chris helped with every detail. I am so blessed to have chosen Covell Funeral Home.
