I really wish I could have something positive to say about this place but no I don't.My Mom recently passed away in Ionia Michigan.Our home town is Jackson Michigan and our family has always used Burden &Son in the past.This time I was asked if it was ok if the had a local funeral help them with transport to which I agreed to But when the local funeral home contacted me they let me know Burden&Son told them they just wanted them to handle everything.All I can say is thanks guys you really let me down during the worst moments of my life.Maybe you just didn't want to miss one of the football games airing that day.Whatever your reasons were just know I have lost all respect for your Business.I hope you treat others better.
