God knew what we needed when mom passed, so he sent Tim Brown. His professionalism and compassion to our family during this time of sorrow was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond taking care of, not just mom, but our family’s emotional needs as well. A load was lifted when he confirmed that mom was in “his care”. Tim ensured that we didn’t have to worry about all the moving parts while the arrangements were planned; no detail was left unturned. Everything was perfect! His kindness, compassion, concern, patience, support and much needed humor, amaze me. God has truly called him to this ministry.

Joel even went out of his way to purchase flower corsages for my daughters on the day of my mother's memorial service. It was a thoughtful gesture that had a huge impact. I feel fortunate to have planned my parent's memorial services with Joel, and cannot imagine going through it with anyone else.
