I would like to convey my sincere gratitude to the family at Waterman-Langone at Boston Harborside. Everyone provided complete compassion and worked so effortlessly to make such a difficult event run smoothly. Every request was granted with a smile and ease...every effort was made to support our decisions, family situations and the logistics of the entire process from start to finish. Every phone call and question (and issue) that arose was answered quickly and compassionately. Dino Manca has been extremely helpful and has personally worked to ensure we were comfortable with every arrangement. He directed the team to be just as courteous and accommodating. We feel that the atmosphere and people of this Funeral Home have allowed us to respectfully deal with the loss of each of our parents. The entire staff should be commended for receiving us with professionalism and kindness.

My father passed away a week ago and this place was SO INCREDIBLY helpful. We met with them once and right away I knew we made the right decision to go with this funeral home. An example of them going above and beyond would be this. The urn that my father wanted his ashes to be stored in was apparently discontinued. While we were looking through the catalog to choose an alternative, the director of the funeral home came in with the VERY last urn that my father wanted. The director went out of his way to look through they're stock and found. So nice of him.
