I had the pleasure of working with Janelle, and she was very patient, available at night for my questions, and even came to my home a 45 min drive just to assist me in filling out paperwork. She took care of this planning burden and handled everything. I'm glad I chose Flyod A Williams. The way they stopped traffic was something to see I felt great knowing everything was in their hands. They made my mom a beautiful blanket. God bless them. I would 500 times recommend them. They are very professional and will work with special request. Update: My Father passed away a year after this post and I went to Flyod's again, and was not disappointed. Thank you
