Recently a family member passed away and we chose Colonial Forastiere to handle the arrangements. Steven Mcgoldrick was our funeral director. From the initial meeting through the burial Steve walked us through all of the arrangements. We appreciated Colonial Forastiere’s care and professionalism.

My family goes way back with Forastiere Funeral Home. Every since I can remember that is where our family went for all services. When my mother died last year, my family was fortunate enough to have the assistance of Steve McGoldrick to help us through the process. He was so compassionate, understanding, but yet quiet. He was exactly what my family needed. He lead us every step of the way and was always available. After the services, he came to my house to deliver extra flowers, something he did not have to do. He even put a call into Frank Jr to let him know that my mother had passed. Frank came to the funeral home and met with me. I can't tell you how much that meant to me and my family. Steve has the ability to make you feel comfortable, yet allow you the time and space you need while never being far away. It's a new generation from the years my family started with Forastiere and I am so grateful they have someone like Steve to lead the way. Steven thank you for all you did for my family.

I had to write something about this business because they absolutely stood out in a tough time. Our mother passed away unexpectedly and this was the first time my brother and I had dealings with a funeral home and they made the process easy to take considering the circumstances. Emily ,Brian,Loren and the whole staff went above and beyond to make my mother's wake special i cannot say enough good things about Colonial Forastiere . Absolutely top notch Thank you again
