Glen and Campbell Funeral Home made it possible for me to give my Dad a First Class Service. This First Class Service extended beyond the day of the wake. A few weeks after the wake when all the dust cleared Glen (owner) called me to check in. See Glen did not look at me as business as usual, a charity case, or a profit. No, just quite the opposite. He made a way when there seem to be no way. I am a single mom with little family and was my dad's only kin. There was no money to make this happen and my dad had a plot and gravestone ready for him to be buried. I did not have the means to even open up the ground. BUT when I called Glen the day after my dad passed, without me even saying any of this to him he assured me from the first phone call that my Dad's services would be taken care of. Glen made sure my Dad didnt go without, from the beautiful casket to the ushers, the grand venue funeral home, memory candle with my dad's picture on it, thank you cards, Gold cross on his casket, even the suit my dad wore to be buried in was provided so I did not have to hunt for one, down to the finer details such as a cd of all the pictures played on the tvs during the service, a memory book, scripture prayer cards, and a beautiful hurst and livery to the graveside. His staff was so sincere, warm, and helpful answering the phone and communicating each step of the way meeting me and treating me as if I was the only person they were helping. Beng called to the task of waking my Dad was an honor and Campbell's made this time more than peaceful to walk through. I would not of been able to afford to wake and bury my Dad Dana if it wasnt for his staff and generosity. The discount he and others (Law Office of Julie Low) extended was so much that I had not one dime come out of pocket. Making this time a time of true Joy in the Lord as the passing of a loved one can be experienced when you are a believer. Thank you my friend, commrade, and loyal trusted Servant Glen Campbell. Your son Brian has some shoes to fill and is filling them as we speak. Your staff Cherly Rust is honorably mentioned as her donation to the grave opening made that possible. And Thank you Jim Masterson for your warm attentive hand and smile all along the way. Thank you to the driver who witnessed the JOY of the Lord and made the time a prayerful one. Many thanks to the entire staff at Campbells. All your compassionate smiles and warm welcomes made such a difference. You all made it possible to send my Dad off FIRST CLASS on this side of eternity! My dad passed away unexpectedly this year. We could not have been more pleased with the services we received from Campbell Funeral Home. From start to finish they were gracious, understanding, sympathetic, kind and compassionate. They followed through on everything they said they would. Campbell Funeral Home is a family owned business, and they made us feel like family! The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and makes the grieving process much easier to handle. I couldn't recommend them more. You can trust they will do the job with dignity and excellent service. I would highly recommend Campbell Funeral Home when the need arises.

Our 85 year old mother was in the Beverly Hospital we were told her heart was at 22 percent and she had one or two days till she passed..our family went to Campbell Funeral Home to make arrangements Augustave M. Sabia,Jr. was very helpful and caring. Unbelievably she got better and was eating and we were watching TV with her for the next two months. Sadly our mother did pass away. Campbell was very kind and honored any & all requests we made. They were very quick to help but not intrusive. For example her rosary beads were not with her when we arrived it was corrected in seconds, that is literal - seconds. Campbell put together a photo video of her life from when she was very young till a few days before her passing with some nice songs. We picked 2 but they added a couple that made the video even more heart felt, since she was our hero, if you know the song. Each of her children did receive the video, as well as it being on the website obituary since not all her friends & family could attend. Nice Touch! The flowers she received some were going to be donated. They brought the flowers to the nursing home she was at Blueberry Hill in Beverly when the service was over. The included a card saying they were from the family. RIP mom. (Edward & Lisa O'Brien)

I recently dealt with this Funeral home upon my husbands death. I was appalled at the fees charged to pick up my husbands body and deliver it to a crematorium, all within a 10 mile radius. I made no use of any of the other services offered. The base charge was over $2900, price gouging at best during a very emotional time. Though I could afford the charges, I am sure many can't but have no choice, and this just adds to the grief. I was so disappointed in this that I just couldn't let it go unsaid. Realizing that we are forced into accepting the price, I just wanted it known.

Obnoxious and unprofessional service from office staff who LIED about mailing certified death certificates (which they did NOT do) and then tried to charge me for them when they were supposed to be INCLUDED with the funeral service! Petty, overpriced, we will never use them again.

My father-in-law passed away recently. Although he was older and failing, the family was not truly prepared for it. The support and compassion that we received from all of the people at Campbell Funeral Home made this process so much easier to deal with. No question was too small, every detail was carefully worked out and they made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. There was someone with us every step of the way and they truly made this difficult experience easier with their knowledge and compassion. I would highly suggest Campbell Funeral Home. We were very pleased with the attention to detail, personal touch and professionalism.
