I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartlett funeral home. Both the personal attention & care given by owners Doug & Katie as well as the receptionist Kristin are priceless. I called so many other places after my uncle passed away & all I had been met with was rudeness and unbelievable prices. I was so devastated and couldn’t call another place but I found their website and was immediately calmed by the face & voice on the video on the screen explaining the cremation service & the much more reasonable cost. Doug was a real person & I finally felt some relief. I called immediately & explained my difficulty situation & Doug drove from Plymouth to Weymouth right after we spoke & picked up my uncle from the hospital. I cannot tell you how many times I spoke with Doug, Katie,& Kristin- they never rushed me off of the phone, they gave me advice, they told me to take my time & take care of myself when I would be having such a difficult time grieving. My uncle raised me- he was more of a father & they understood that. Doug even brought me the ashes as a favor & gave me a huge hug when he handed them to me. Together, the people that give Bartlett Funeral Home its name do much more than funerals & cremations, they offer a wonderful support system. They work their hardest NOT ONLY to continue to respect the wishes of those you have lost BUT ALSO to help offer their care TO YOU & remind you frequently that they are only a phone call away. I CAN’T THANK YOU GUYS ENOUGH FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME. DOUG THANK YOU FOR BRINGING MY UNCLE HOME TO ME.
