Significantly poor management. Although the support staff was accommodating and helpful, I'm extremely displeased with the owner, Eric Strickland and his mortician services. Regrettably, we were forced to endure a closed casket during funeral services due to his negligence in care which resulted in advanced decomposed remains. Although Eric claims he's the best in class, he quickly points fault at the Medical Examiner's office; definitely a reportable offense to the Board of Morticians and Funeral Directors. All the while, exibiting an arrogant and unprofessional demeanor. Take your loved one elsewhere to get the proper service you deserve.

I lost my mother last month and Mr. Strickland and staff were extraordinarily kind, professional, and helpful from the being to the end of this difficult process. I would highly recommend using their funeral services in this sensitive time. They were on top of every possible scenario. Angie walked me personally through each and every step. The day of the service I was blown away by the lovely family spray on my mother's casket. Her makeup was perfect. It snowed unexpectedly the day of her service and the snow did not deter visitors or Strickland. Again I highly recommend Strickland Funeral Services for your family in this difficult time. Karen L.
