I called and spoke to Mary about an issue I was having with flowers being delivered for a funeral service. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me. Charlie is one of a kind! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He made one of the most difficult times in our life a little more tolerable and manageable. We never felt rushed or pressured about anything. It has been almost two weeks since our loved one’s funeral and he is still available to us and helpful. McComas has a standard of excellence that is impressive and consistent throughout the planning process and company. It is definitely part of their culture. Howard and Judy were amazing as well!
