I went to get a simple cremation and the woman that was dealing with us tried to rob me right away . She told me it cost 6,900 dollars. No special urn or layout, just the basic . After telling her we can't afford that she leaves out the room and comes back in 30 seconds later and said she talk to someone and said they could do 1,500. Big drop right.. They never put my mother's tribute up or even her obituary. They had no sympathy or showed no compassion after they found out we didn't have much money. The same woman hound me for like 2 weeks asking for a paper she needed back in order to complete the process. I brought the paper back to her and asked her when was they going to post my mother's obituary. She said it would be up by the morning but still to this day it is not posted ..we did pay for a tribute and that was not posted either. I emailed and called but have not got a response.

They were great for both parents and have been wonderful with my father in law so far. We are very pleased... consistently great service for times of rememberance.
