When it was time to view my uncle body before the funeral we did not know who that was laying in the casket , They told us to bring in a picture of him so they can try to match it They are horrible!!!!!

I had to have my mother shipped from Atlanta to DC where all of our family & friends are. I was referred to them by my cousin who is a minister and who frequently does business with them through our church. They made my mother look awesome! I was so happy that it took away the pain of her being gone. I spoke to the gentleman that made her up and he was great as well. Customer service was great and I was blessed to have a great experience with them.

They did work on my grandmother and she looked like another person. I was totally dissatisfied with how she looked. She had no trama prior to her death. I think because she was so small they decided to make he face bigger. Which she had always been small. They just totally made her look unrecognizable. Then one her noise looked lopsided. Idk but me nor my immediate family were. Pleased. They should've asked for a picture of my grandmother so they would've known what she looked like living. I'm not trying stop any business just stating FACTS. My father past away 10 years ago. And stay put for 2 weeks before his funeral and he still looked like himself. Had I would've known I would've took my grandmother to the same spot. Don t waste your time with these people unless u just want a body and not your love one at the funeral.!!!
