There's that old joke about cemeteries and funeral homes..."people are dying to get in." Well when I die, that's exactly where I want to go. They took care of my father and just recently my beloved husband. Everyone was kind, caring and compassionate beyond the normal standard. It was all about what Iwanted and needed. No upsale or pressure, just what would I want. The before, during and after service they provide is genuine and loving. I thank you for making the worse days of my life better with your assistance.

If I could select ZERO stars it would be too many. They did not honor my mothers written, contracted wishes. They did cremation her and they did cash the check. Need I say more? I did apologize to them for using them after a very unprofessional and insensitive note from Lewis Horowitz, Funeral Director. Beware of them especially during your most vulnerable time grieving for your loved ones.

My brother and I chose Borgwardt after phone interviews with two different funeral homes. We made the right choice! Cathy could not have been more compassionate in our initial meeting. She helped us through the process and guided us to make the selections that were right for us. We never felt pressured or burdened with any decisions. Jessy was also very helpful and was just as caring as Cathy. Many people commented on how beautiful our mother looked. Borgwardt did a first class job on everything. We were 100% pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, our family has used Borgwardt Funeral Home services way too much in the last ten years or so (Grandmother, Mother, Aunt, and Cousins), but when we did, they always performed superbly from the first phone call, right through to the follow up calls and e-mails.
