I was very pleased with the service my family received. I was very concerned about how my mom would look as she was extremely emaciated due to her bout with cancer; Mr. Jones promised he would bring my mom's original life-like look back and he did exactly what he said. My mom looked as beautiful as she did prior to her bout with cancer. Additionally, Mr. Jones was professional, informative and compassionate. I love the fact that he volunteered information instead of me having to remember all the aspects of a funeral. This is my family's second time using his services and we will continue to use his professionals services in the future.

Very unprofessional. The younger male there was dressed in a black jumpsuit, took calls while attending to my family, made me uncomfortable when I didn’t want any of the urns they presented, and he was attending to other clients obituaries in the middle of working with us. Would NOT recommend! They also tried to send away supporting family members and friends thus causing MORE DISTRESS to my family. Very uncompasionate for a funeral home. Also it could be more organized and inviting. Would give zero starts if that was an option.

They handled all my wants and everything that was needed. I Highly recommend preplanning. If time dose not premit they Accommodate a lot of situation.
