The Chatman-Harris Funeral Home used the upmost professionalism and care when handling the services for my loved one... not to mention they had my family member look absolutely beautiful!

Worse funeral home ever.The lady that helped us was very rude when assisting my family with my grandmother home going service. I guess because we had to gather money I don't know but we still were paying customers. They made my 86 yr old grandmother lips huge with hot pink lipstick I had to take it off. They had finger nail polish all over her hands like a baby painted her nails.They was charging $200 to make a dvd full of pics of my grandmother but my cousin said he could do it to save us money the lady said we could use the their DVD player and projector but the day of the funeral they claimed it was broken yea w/e I didn't believe it. The girl who helped carry the casket from their funeral home had long eyelashes like a bird and weave down her back looking crazy very unprofessional.They made this experience the worse I would never use or recommend this ghetto dump. Oh and the carpet look like the street. I could say so much more about this place but I think this is enough. Nasty place need to be shutdown!

I personally would recommend this funeral home for anyone in Baltimore. The outstanding service and help I've received from one of the directors, Quiana Harris, was beyond memorable. I truly appreciate the family environment they've created for all of their patrons. They've truly left a pleasant memory for my loved one's home going service and I cannot thank them enough!

That front desk lady was Very rude. When a family member needs assistance when mourning you are suppose to be kind, loving and supportive of those people hurting. She was NOT. She lied several times. Even telling my mother, my brothers body was there when it was Not. They do not deserve any stars. We went to John Williams and he made my mom feel very comfortable and did a wonderful job. Don't go here .

Chatman Harris is absolutely amazing . They make this difficult process as smooth as possible. The staff is very professional & pleasant. They really help you every step of the way. Their Funeral Director Quiana is the best. I would recommend this funeral home to everyone!!!!
