My wife attended her grandfather's service here. We created a memorial video that she would have liked played during the service. We had all kinds of complications trying to get the video to work, but David Kahl came to our rescue and spent a good deal of time working on get the video to a format their system could read. I really don't think the staff could have made the process any easier on us. I was struggling enough with the passing of my mother... they made it all very stress free.
