This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. We have had terrible service, and are dealing with things that should not be dealt with when a family is mourning the loss of a loved one. Apparently they aren’t here “for the conveince of families”. I’ve heard several inhumane things about this place that disgusts me. I would 100% not recommend this place.

We had a positive experience and would recommend Advantage to all. They were friendly and professional and helped with the purchase of services (in our case, fairly minimal) up-front. Then on the day of death were easy to contact (even on a Sunday with Portland shut down due to snow) and came quickly. All of the staff were great, but it was especially nice to have a young professional woman as the person who came to the house on the day of death. I highly recommend them.

Use any place besides this one. They may be cheap but so is the customer service / care they give out.
