Wilson-Wooddale made us comfortable at the onset of our call and we were highly impressed with our initial conversation with Sherlita, a member of Wilson-Woodale’s team. From the initial call we made to Wilson-Wooddale while our mother was still in hospice, we was comforted by Sherlita. Sherlita informed us how the entire process of our mother’s cremation would be conducted; from the pickup of her remains from hospice, processing of paperwork to electing an urn. In addition Wilson-Wooddale delayed the cremation of our mother’s remains for a couple of days so additional family members could arrive from out of state to say their goodbye’s. I would recommend anyone dealing with the passing of a family member to contact Wilson-Wooddale. Their staff was truly a god-send during this trying period in our lives. Thank you, The Raby Family
