These people are the best! We had to make arrangements to have services in town and then transport our mom out of town for her burial . Casie took care of everything— I only had to provide phone numbers - she took care of the insurance and arrangements with the cemetery out of town . She also helped us navigate through all the little decisions that have to be made for the service here. We never felt rushed .. or pressured into anything. She also didn’t drag it out — we felt very comfortable with the entire process. They have even checked on us occasionally - Thanks to you all for the care you gave

Everyone at Resthaven from receptionist to personnel meetings of what to do next help me to make decisions at a time I was still in shock from my husband’s sudden death from a heart attack. I was not pressured into purchasing anything expensive and my decisions were accepted without a hard sale. A mixup regarding the number of bags requested of his ashes was immediately taken care of with apologies. They have also contacted me periodically to see how I am doing. Very appreciative of their treatment of me as a grieving widow and not a customer.

This funeral home does not do things in a timely manner. They are unprofessional and don't communicate very well with the families. Going on 4 weeks since we had our funeral for our loved one and they still have not submitted necessary paperwork to handle things. I do not recommend them! Also the day of my moms second burial (due to weather issues & temporary placing) we were rushed to come for the service well before the AGREED time they scheduled with us. Save yourself a headache.

I can't say enough about Resthaven Gardens of Memory staff. My beloved husband passed suddenly and the dignity when they picked him up to take him to the funeral home was truly professional. I felt peace immediately. Cassie was absolutely on top of not only my feelings, but my daughters and his sisters as well. We desired an open casket so a whom loved him could say goodbye. I requested he be in his Spanish Town Tuxedo and Kilt. To which he was layed in the casket in his favorite attire. They gave it all back in perfect condition so he can be cremated. He was a retired LEO and the accommodation for those who attended the service were comfortable. The music I chose was played and the DVD of photos shown that day will always be with me always. They handled his paperwork with ease. I also had my parents cremated through Resthaven. My husband built thier urns. The staff gave him an empty cremains box to have the perfect measurements. Thank you RESTHAVEN GARDENS OF MEMORY STAFF...FOR EVERYTHING. YOU TRULY ARE THE BEST ....keeping Dignity and compassion really help ease the pain of my heart being broken.

Very bad! No co.munication a d a total disregard for the wishes of the family. The service was a sham and the hearse left the parents and widow of the deceased in the parking lot. Jack is a used car salesman posing as a funeral director. The family asked for a non religious service, it was anything but. From the huge cross hanging over the urn (we had to ask them to take it down), to the man they brought in to officiate the service. It was more like a Sunday morning sermon than a eulogy complete with a 20 minute prayer to save our souls. The speaker had to be asked by the family to stop. unbelievable, disrespectful, unnacceptable.
