Very good with all arrangements, but gives you the run around with the death certificate. Lynn is excellent at what he does, but the office help is terrible.

I have never been treated as bad as I was with ANY BUSINESS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE than I was with this 1. 1st I will say Mrs. Scott, and Mrs. Sylvia were very nice, proffesional,and sympathetic. But the man named Lynn/Lend/Lind treated me, and my family member like we were PEASANTS after paying for direct cremation by credit card in full over the phone. My father's nephew paid for the service without even asking how much ( he had never spoken to anybody at that facility), so after paying 2067 dollars for a direct cremation NO SERVICES, NO URN, NO OBITUARY, NO CHAPEL, NO INFORMATION WHAT, SO EVER! He asked for the breakdown of what he paid for, meaning how much was cremation? Transporting fees, fees for having my dad's body for 4 DAYS, ETC. His answer was in a very nasty, rude, unprofessional, angry black man, agitated, irritated, short, don't want to be bothered by nxxgas mannerisms was "1900 FOR CREMATION, 24.00 FOR DEATH CERTIFICATE, and 2.00 for something else, we asked again (not knowing cremation with no other service was that high) for a breakdown and he said "what is it you not understanding (mind u it's already paid for in full by credit card) my cousin said "well man no need to be rude when when im asking a valid wuestion about MY MONEY, and if i knew I would be talked to like this I could of had my unc taken soewher else" lind then said "WELL THATS WHAT U SHOULD HAVE DID!" What kind of ppl that deal with families at the worst time in there lives (during the loss of someone they, love, miss, honor and, cherish,) act so cold, and unemotional? My pops was a good man, who paid his policies every month so we wouldn't have to worry (unfortunately it was delayed, due to circumstances beyond our control) about anything, we didn't have to go fund raise ( which is fine if that's your only way of paying) I UNDERSTAND TO U MY POPS WAS JUST A BODY, AND YOUR ENTITLED TO NOT HAVE TO GIVE A _______ TO ME HE WAS MY WORLD!! If u need someone to care In your time of bearevement THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE!

Just left this funeral home trying to potentially get information on cost so I can prepare for a funeral, the owner was rude and disrespectful he walked in and didn't greet us at all look at us and walked pass, the assistant at the desk went to get information from the director she said just to call no information at all. 9-13-2019

This company made burying my dad a living nightmare. I'm still hunted by it to this very day. This company was so horrible to me and my family. Very unprofessional. Going back and forth saying "no you don't have to pay anything up front, we'll wait for the insurance money" then "no it's 1700 upfront or come get him", to "yes we will handle the burial" the next day "no I'm unhappy with what you said to me"(knowing I'm grieving my dad's death & you going back and forth about upfront money when you said there wouldn't be). Then you got upset and went back to "no we won't bury him" because I said we bought our own casket. How was it you were the one upset the whole time when it was ME who just lost my daddy? Because of your unprofessionalism, there was no wake & hardly anyone at my dad's home going because we had already told people you wouldn't do the home going. I never got the chance to see him before he was buried because 9 PM the night before the homegoing was supposed to happen, is when you finally said you would handle the arrangements. So I had to get up the next morning & rush to get programs made & missed open casket. I hope no one else EVER has to go through what you put me and my family through. My dad was a great man to EVERYONE he encountered and never met a stranger. HE DESERVED BETTER THAN WHAT YOU DID!!!!!

Precious Memories Mortuary did an outstanding job with my Father's funeral. Mrs. Scott walked us through everything step by step. She made sure all of our wishes were taken care of. I had no idea on where to begin with the funeral process, but the Precious Memories staff took care of everything.

A special thanks to Lynn for opening the doors to his establishment and treating my family like his own. This is one of the most unprofessional and rudest companies I have ever dealt with. The Funeral director hasn't mastered even the most basic communication skills. They receptionist seems as if she's bothered by every interaction. Went to set the arrangements for my mother's funeral and was not greeted and every conversation I've had with her was the worst. Did not get the floral arrangements I paid for, could not preview the funeral programs, could not see my mother before the family hour (she died from cancer and I wanted to make sure she would be restored correctly) and lastly they never sent the insurance company the needed paperwork. What was one of the saddest and most difficult times in my life was made into a nightmare by this company.
