ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY ARROGANT DIRECTOR... This company is only thriving because of the lack of options in the area. The director completely disrespected multiple people at the service. He has a complete lack of simple customer service skills as well as people skills. Resulting in an EXTREME LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and a complete LACK OF RESPECT for the mourning family.
