This place basically disrespected my grandmothers funeral by how many mistakes they made. We asked for them to say "send flowers" but the said "inplace of flowers donate" so little to no flowers at my grandmothers funeral was upsetting. We said no pink flowers, so they just did a bad job spray painting them purple with a bunch of pink still there. The preacher, I hate to say it, was a joke just mumbled on and said wrong information. Like her age and what she liked to do in life. The buffet we paid for was a joke. they even spelled her last name wrong on the placeholder headstone until the real one was finished. The only good thing that came out was her picture.

My husband Bruce passed away on August 9 and was buried on August 12. Hill Crest was wonderful. They handled everything and took that stress from me. The team of Kim, Merridth, Debbie & Charles were all kind and totally attentive to every detail and the service was beautiful. Obviously this isn't the type of place you ever want to think about, but let's face it, we all have to deal with the things that inevitably come with the gift of life, such as the end of ours or a loved ones journey. The death of my wife was very sudden and I was woefully unprepared for the things that were to follow. Kathy Wilemon carefully and compassionately guided me through this trying time. She was instrumental in facilitating me through the process and to her I couldn't be more grateful. Also Mr Charles Gholson was very kind and made sure I was aware of things that were available to me and my daughter that I otherwise wouldn't have known. The service was beautiful and they paid attention to detail and made sure when it was over it was exactly as I had desired for my wife and it brought me as much closure as can be had from saying goodbye to the most beautiful person I will ever know. Thank you guys from the very bottom of mine and my family's heart for your hard work and compassion. It will never be forgotten.

She answered all our questions and was very personable in communicating the information we needed to go through with this transaction.

Hill Crest Memorial has a very compassionate team. They were trusted with the services of my parents and the cemetery is beautiful; much care there! I live hours away from Hill Crest and is unable to place flowers as often as I'd like. They have a very inexpensive floral plan to help families along. When I'm unable to place flowers, I know they will be placed for me; whether I'm there are not. Good place, good people.

The staff and service in all areas was excellent. They showed expertise along with compassion in making this experience much easier. Thanks to all of the ladies and gentlemen who were there with me every step of the way. It was a beautiful service and graveside ceremony.

I can't give enough compliments to Hill Crest. They make difficult days as easy as possible, they are generous with their hearts and time, and incredibly sympathetic to those that tragedy has struck. They answered all of my questions until I was satisfied, and made sure every part ran smoothly. Their job is to make a difficult time easier, and there's no doubt in my mind - my experience with them could not have been better.

Why would a company like yours want to put their funeral home in a small town residential area. We have petitions stating we do not want you at this church doing funerals. This is in the heart of Blanchard. This is not a commercial area. This is our homes. This is where are children grow and play. This is where we live. We do not want funeral service.

Would give a 4 star,but after we got a call saying everything was ready,drove there and waited 30mins to find out he did not have his veteran flag ready and the guy seemed clueless,did not no about it and we were told the death certificate was ready and he had no clue about that also,they were not ready. We will not use them again very unorganized.

Very professional and caring staff. Clean and very tasteful facilities. They definitely help to take care of a lot of details when you are distracted with mourning the loss of a loved one.

12/14/18- My family suffered the unexpected loss of my mother two weeks ago and were devastated. We reached out to Hill Crest and were greeted by Cathy and Nick. Both of them were so helpful and assisted us with a beautiful service for my mom. They also helped with questions about insurance and helped us file mom’s life insurance benefits. They even offered free grief counseling to those in need. It was a sad event which brought to them, but I would gladly use their services for myself or anyone else.
