Candace and staff are the best! In your time of need they take care of it all. Making arrangements for a loved one, Candace makes it easier. She wants to "know" the lost family member so she can do her magic! The personal touches mean the most. Always has a hug if you need. I'd say Candace became a part of our family! Had to plan a funeral from out of state and have body transferred across state lines. We were tired, vulnerable and literally going through the motions. Candace, Funeral Director at Hargrave was so very helpful. I made one phone call and she took care of everything. She called me every step of the way and was so considerate and thoughtful of every detail. We had no idea how to pay for this and she was helpful with any and all possibilities of keeping cost down. In one of the most difficult and heartbreaking time of our life Hardgrave truly went above and beyond for our family. They were so patient with us as we started the process, made sure that everything was taken care of when we didn’t know which way to turn. Our sister was very pationate of the beach, it was her favorite place to be! Not only did Hardgrave recognize her love for the beach they brought it to life and decorated everything beach themed. It truly couldn’t have been more perfect for HER! The compassion, knowledge, sympathy, that was given from each employee was beyond perfect!! Our family could never thank Hardgrave enough for everything they did for us!! If I could give them 20 stars I would!
