Amazing staff, very loving and family oriented. I wouldn’t go with any other funeral home. They take pride in their work. The directors to the Embalmer’s to the front desk. Everyone works together as a team and makes sure the family is well taking care of. Fielding is the way to go. Thank you for all y’all do.

This I must get said . They do not have the staff to do your loved ones hair ! I gave the staff a picture of how our loved ones hair was to be and was not done at all ! In a separate funeral my mother I was asked to come ok her presentation to which I did not approve because her hair was done very wrong KFP told me “ but it’s already done “ ! I apologized to my mother and since it was a closed casket let it just be. As you can tell, I can NOT let this “be” ! BOTH KFP and Mark have let me say goodbye to them when they do not look as we asked Fielding’s to dress them !

The facility itself is nice, the viewing room is small and intimate and the chapel across the hall small and intimate as well. So high marks there. However, I was very turned off by the way my friend's service was handled/concluded. Several people had written eulogies but no one bothered to inform the priest that people would be speaking after the mass. So the guy goes and dismisses us and leaves the room because he didn't know any better. It was just hasty and handled sloppily. Those who got up to leave sat back down and, once the heartfelt and touching words were spoken, it was time to wrap things up. The funeral director takes center stage and announces that the service has concluded, the family would like to thank us for coming, and it was time for the body to be cremated if we could all kindly head to the exits. No. Joke. This was completely shocking to hear. Very tactless. I mean, I get that you've been burying and burning people for years so you are completely desensitized to this sort of thing. But we are all in a state of shock and grief. People are upset. They are crying. You don't have to be so blunt. It was completely unnecessary and quite frankly, tacky.

The funeral and cremation services for my father, Mr. Felepe Hontiveros, were very professional but also very personal. Mr. Wayne Tanner and the staff of E.J. Fielding were very polite, professional and compassionate. Mr. Tanner worked with our family to ensure my father's services met our family's requests and wishes. The staff at E.J. Fielding made our family feel welcomed; we did not feel as if we were just "another" customer. Our family is fairly large, but the funeral home (i.e. visitation rooms, guest waiting area) was able to accommodate our family. The funeral home and grounds were very clean, and the staff worked to ensure the facilities were kept clean throughout my father's services. Thank you Mr. Tanner and all of the E.J. Fielding staff for their help and compassion during this difficult time.
