I came here for my family members service Sharon Hyde today I was very upset over the whole service.first her date of birth was announced and read aloud wrong. The lack of compassion for my family was horrible .we were pushed thru the sevice as if we were cattle. Most attending never saw the slide show or heard the choice of music that had been selected for this Family. People came from near and far and we were ask.to depart the bldg because another service was about to start and that they were on a time schedule some of Mrs. Hyde's family was rushed to hurry and retrieve their pictures and flowers and clear the bldg asap. I am shocked of this behaviour and saddened for my family in their time of loss of our loved one. I would not use this facility and would not recommend it to ANYONE. I guess it was the money that is their only priority. Not this families feelings. And no one was even ask if they would like to share a memory that they shared with Mrs.Hyde. Please think twice before you choose for this facility to officiate for your loved one.

It was very nice and afforded people a chance to share their grief with others. It offered amenities like a picture and movie in the state room. Theirs was more upscale than others I have seen

Charles and Joann and all the staff made our dads funeral so easy. From the day our dad passed to even a week later they have been there for answer and any support needed. We can not thank them enough!!!
