We used Linnemann Funeral Home for both of our parents funerals. My mother’s 8 years ago was sudden and tragic. My fathers this month was after 91 years but a quick passing. Both funerals were perfect. We could not have asked for better service, compassion or attention to details. During these difficult times it is good to know that you have someone to take care of making everything right. Guy and then Marsha perfectly incorporated the incredible lives of my parents in great life stories, something we will forever treasure. The photo boards allowed us to reminisce while picking out the pictures. They even helped pick out the perfect Navy casket for Dad! Louis was great to deal with answering questions and staying on top of the details. Thank you Linnemann for a perfect tribute to wonderful parents!

I only wish I have the ability to give Linnemann Funeral Homes higher than a 5 star rating. When my 43 year old husband passed away I was left to deal with his funeral and cope with the grief of my children. Louis Linnemann and Marcia Linnemann were incredible and loving resources to me as I dealt with the funeral arrangements. They were completely involved in my desire to prepare a loving tribute to an amazing father and husband. Louis and Marcia both went above and beyond to care for us during a very horrific time. From the moment of our first meeting I knew they were going to take a personal interest in my family. They even continue to reach out to me to check in to see if they can assist me or my family with our grief months later. I highly recommend Linnemann Funeral Homes.

We will die. Some sooner, some later, but we will all pass from what is to what comes next. And since that is the case, most of us will have the task of taking care of the final details for a family member or friend. That’s the position my sister and I were in a few weeks ago (Sept. 2019). Our brother had let us know he wanted us to work with the Linnemann Family for his after death care. That may have been his final gift to us as from our first call until the burial, we were cared for like family. Each step in the process was e planned. Nothing was rushed. Louis had answers to each query. Marsha listened to our stories which were captured perfectly in the Life Story she wrote. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the way they guided us through this difficult time. I pray when it is my turn for someone to carry out my final wishes that they have the same amazing care my sister and I received from this wonderful family.

My grandmother (and best friend) recently passed away. I have never, in my life, been treated with such respect, personalization, caring, and kindness! They made the transition for my family so much easier! They did more than I could have ever asked for or imagined! We had a beautiful video with music and photos, a beautiful personalized story celebrating her life, and the most wonderful celebration ceremony. Thank you Bart and Jason, and everyone else! Thank you for making such a tough time in our lives so much more bareable! You all are angels!!

Our family was very shocked at the passing of our sister. However, in spite of this very sad news, from the moment that Linnemann Funeral Home was notified of her passing to the time of burial, they showed up with patience, respect, kindness, compassion, and care throughout the entire process, even with a holiday thrown in there. Their friendly professionalism was top-notch, and our entire family felt that their service for our sister was a blessing, and a 'class-act'. They thought of every aspect of her service, and were there to work with us. There were also numerous things which they even took care to add special touches that were above and beyond what would be expected to be thought of. We were truly blessed in spite of the circumstances.

Linnemann is simply the best around. We have had several friends who have been taken care of by the Linnemann team over the years and could not be more impressed with the level of care that is provided to the families both during the services and after. Over the years my Husband (who is a pastor and does multiple funeral services a year involving many different funeral homes) and I have interacted with several different employees and they have all been incredibly kind, compassionate and professional in how they have dealt with the families they were caring for in comparison to other funeral homes in our area. The owner, Louis Linnemann, has gone above and beyond many times to take care families and serves them with dignity, care and compassion. How he is portrayed in a former review is no where near accurate of the man he is or the business he operates. He is kind, helpful, and does whatever possible to help families find peace and comfort during their time is suffering. We have had several personal interactions with him and could not be more impressed with him and his team. I highly recommend choosing Linnemann to care for you and your family during your time of need.

I could not be more thankful for Louis Linnemann and the team at Linnemann Funeral Homes. Louis and his team were the perfect balance of compassionate and caring while also being effective and efficient. The level of service was exceptional. Louis served our family for my Grandfather's passing and services, handling each and every detail with perfection. Knowing that his time was near, we were able to speak with Louis to plan as much of the funeral in advance. This made the actual passing much much easier on our family. Louis already knew all the details and was able to work with the church and the facility for the visitation without having to ask any questions of our family as we grieved. My family is a little unique and prefers to celebrate life rather than mourn, and Louis handled everything with ease, even down to the purchasing of the champagne for the toast at the interment of the ashes. In addition, Louis was able to recommend another family business, The Delish Dish Catering, to cater a small dinner for family and close friends who were in town. Their team knew exactly what we needed and executed everything with perfection, as well, enabling us to focus on spending time with our family and remembering and celebrating my grandfather. This added bonus just was the perfect addition to all of the details that Linnemann Funeral Homes provided to ensure we celebrated my grandfather's life in a way that fit our family. I can't recommend Louis and his team highly enough, especially during such a difficult moment in life.

I was overwhelmingly unimpressed with the treatment my family and I received from the owner of Linnemann's, Louis, after a long morning of processing and coping with my Grandmother's passing. My Gradfather, too, passed 3 months ago and we used a specific funeral home for his cremation (without any service.) With the shock of this heartache this morning we contacted this same company to perform the cremation service and then set up an appointment with Linnemann to discuss holding the actual ceremony. When arriving at Linnemann, we were greeted by a woman who was very warm, accommodating, and expressed her condolences. When we met with Louis his first words to us were not "I'm sorry for your loss", but instead inquiring as to why we didn't use them for the cremation. He then informed us that since we used an outside company for the cremation, that we weren't allowed to use their facility for a ceremony. I understand that certain rules and guidelines need to be met, but the sheer rude and unprofessional manner that the situation was handled made my family's nightmare of an experience even worse. In this type of business, treating those grieving with respect and sympathy is at the utmost importance. I would not recommend this type of treatment that we received to anyone.

Following a very sad and difficult illness my mother's passing was heartbreaking for our family. The day following her passing the funeral director here put a high pressure sale on my family and demanded full payment immediately without giving them any time to consider the options. I would not recommend this funeral home for their high pressure insensitive sales tactics and then subsequently not following through on several things that were promised.
