They have made the toughness of losing a loved one worse! The casket they sold us was broken, luckily we noticed before burying my father. They opened the wrong grave at the cemetery when burying my father. Funerals are tough anyway, but this place of business does not help make it any easier on the family.

My Dad passed away. He was taken to Hardy Chapel. He was a veteran too. Jimmy was so helpful and always answered every question. Treated my father as his own father. Respected every request my Mom and I made. Made sure my Dad received his military burial. Even after the funeral Jimmy was there supporting my Mom and me. My Dad died suddenly after surgery. Was a shock to us. Jimmy listened and did not press us in any way our decisions. I am very impressed with this funeral home. Thank you for being "family" to us during this difficult time.

We used Hardy to handle our mother's cremation, as recommended by our cemetery provider. Despite the fact that we weren't asking for much by way of services, we were amazed and touched at the service we received. Dana was our FD, and he was professional, kind, and engaged all through the process. He answered our dumb questions and smiled at our offbeat humor. When we came to pick up mom's cremains, Dana surprised us with a lovely arranged display with the urn, the flag (for veterans), flowers, candles, and a beautifully done portrait. It was a "viewing" of sorts, where all I was expecting was to sign some paperwork and take the container with me. I cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for the extra care we received, when our request was for the simplest of service.

They did such an amazing job with not only treating our loved one like he was family to them, but they always made sure we had everything we needed. Was very patient and walked us through all our paperwork. James (Jimmy) made sure to answer any questions we had at any given time. They made sure his showing and service was absolutely beautiful and smooth. The pictures, DVD and sign in book they made was so beautiful. Jimmy got my uncle his military honors, they let all his grandchildren and great niece's & nephews walk him out with the pallbearer's and it was beautiful. They definitely take their time to make sure everything is the way you want it and always making sure everything is going ok. I strongly recommend them here if you want your loved one handled with care as they are being laid to rest. I can say they have my up most respect. Thank you for all you do, we was truly thankful for all you all did for our family and loved one.

Wasn't that impressed with this funeral home. The casket wasn't even shut all the way down at the cemetery we noticed it. They told one of the family members dont worry about it the body was going into a crept an it would be ok.
