This is very unprofessional and they are very disrespectful but in the most respectful way. The worst type of terrible people. My son passed away and no later than him passing they wanted $2,000 by the end of the week or there would be no funeral. We get them majority of the money and continue to call for days trying to obtain the remaining balance and not only do we not get a call back but we get blatantly ignored. I asked to speak with the director and got cussed out and disrespected by answering center woman I think her name was Pam. Also in my son's obituary they called him a girl multiple times and then followed it by returning to calling him a boy. It is very uneasy and unnerving when you have to bury your child it makes it worse when you're dealing with people who may or may not have his best interest at heart and also have a very terrible lack of communication field I'm 21 years old I should not no business better than you are and you have been, and I quote an accredited business for so long.

**I would leave no stars, but I have to select at least one.** I just came in to try and visit my dead Aunty Sally and was met by the Rudest woman (using the woman term loosely). There was some confusion about what time we could come and view her body, but this lady had the rudest attitude when she was trying to explain it to me. This woman raised me and this lady laughed and was upset that my entire family may be coming down there at the wrong time. This type of service is unacceptable at this type of business. I will make sure all of my family knows not to use this business again.

We were here for my grandmother’s funeral yesterday & I was disappointed in the services we received from A.D. Porter. I had to walk out of the room and eventually view the funeral in the viewing room because my baby was being noisy & the staff was talking loudly and laughing to each other while I was trying to watch the service. It was extremely disrespectful. Also, there was a woman who works here that was very rude to my sister. She had a very negative attitude & was condescending when she asked about how to play a slideshow during the services. I would have expected better from a respectable funeral company.

thank you for taking very good care of my grandmother after her transtion home to be with the lord. The staff was very courtious and is a friend to some of my family members. We loved the way you showed professionalism from begaining to the end, and beyound, transported us in style in new Cadillacs and made sure we were comfortable.
