I was so disappointed in the service I received from them.Didn't call when they where supposed to.My mother had a prepaid plan and the owner proceeds to tell me how much they had to write off .I went in to look over obituary a lady hands me clipboard goes into office could hear everything she was saying.Never called when my mom was cremated.Finally called when death certificates came in.

We had a wonderful service st Roselawn. Everything was taken care of and they made sure we didn't miss anything, during a very difficult time.

It's was horrible.!! The verbal agreement we had before my sister past was that they would put a lean on my jeep and let me make payments and she passed away in Alabama so I called Roseland and they got everything started. But when I went to meet with them it had all changed amd I had to have over 8,000 down. I'm on disability and don't have that. This is why as soon as my sister found out that she was sick I started planning but she only lived 4 weeks. So I had to just do a cremation. And the had from the 24th of September til the 2 of October to get it done. They waited til Friday at 5 to tell me they needed all the money ( which I had) or they couldn't send her to Wichita to get cremated. Her severice was that following Tuesday I almost didn't get her back in time for her own funeral. I will never recommend thus place to anyone. And it's now November and I just got death certificate cause they didn't pay for them till like 3 weeks after and I had to keep calling them to get that done

Everything was perfect, just as God had planned. Loved every moment of the way my/our Mom was treated upon her passing away. Thank you Lord
