I loss some family that had prepaid for there service and if I would have known that they let people walk there dogs and have them pooping on graves I was so ashamed of this place I can't even say how bad we seen two people walking dogs and letting them poop anywhere and when walking to see my family be later to there resting place we had to watch where we walked it was everywhere don't know I just wished I knew

I am only giving them 1 star because of all the troubles I have had with them. When we buried my mother in law everything was great but when we buried my son there over a year ago everything went down hill. The burial was fine but getting the headstone was the worst part. I will take responsibility on not having the full amount when tried to take it out but why would you wait 3 weeks to run my card if it was supposed to be ran the following Monday?.. I was put on a payment plan to be able to get my sons headstone order I was told they would like monthly payments but if one month I couldn’t it would be okay. Well when I called to pay off the full balance in April they said they would get the headstone ordered right away and that it would take 6-8 weeks to come. In early June I called to see if it had arrived and they stated it had not I said okay maybe it is still early. I called the following week and was told it was never order that they would give me a call to see what happened. I didn’t receive a call so I called 2 days later and spoke with Cheryl she stated since I had missed a payment on March my balance had went to collections and the headstone was canceled.i asked why wasn’t I informed when I had paid it off? Why did it take so long for me to find out? I had to go back in July to do a new contract I was told it would be expedited for the the troubles. Well I called in Aug to see when it would arrived and to my surprise there wasn’t a date yet. The manager called and said since the stone had to be cut it wouldn’t be in till the beginning of Sept at the earliest. It finally came on Sept 5th we went out to go look at it and it was placed at the wrong spot. With it being a full body headstone you would think it would be placed on top of the burial well nope I got a called today from Cherly stating the General Manger said it needed to stay where it’s at because it would be out of place. So your telling me anyone can step on my son because they won’t know he is buried above his headstone ? If I were you I would pick a different funeral home to lay someone to rest. I have had so many issues and I would think the least they would do is put my sons headstone on top of his burial.

The team at Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens helped our family create a meaningful memorial service to honor our loved one. They were professional, compassionate and provided excellent service during a difficult time. Kati went out of her way to meet our many requests, which provided us comfort and eased our minds. They showed great respect and dignity, and were very responsive. Additionally, the cemetery is beautiful, well-kept and peaceful. I highly recommend Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
