I can’t express enough in words to properly convey my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service Brock’s provided for my brothers unexpected death. Ron especially was a blessing to our family, he personally went above and beyond with his kind hearted, respectful treatment as he helped guide our family through this sudden, unexpected, difficult situation. We couldn’t have done it without him, he was a blessing.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service. I felt that Ron Keithly made very unprofessional comments that shouldn't be made when someone is going through the loss of a loved one. The vibe I got from Ron was that he was all about the money and because we didn't spend a lot, we didn't matter. We made an appointment to pick up my father at 10AM and when we got there, he wasn't even there. All in all, horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to anyone.

Our family was frankly in shock following the sudden death of our love one. Our hearts were broken and we struggled to find the strength to understand what was next. Ron was so kind, patient, and understanding with us. Immediately following our loved ones death, he gave us the time we needed to say goodbye and never rushed us. He was respectful and honest with what needed done and helped guide us every step of the way. Brocks was not only way better then any other experience we have had with other funeral homes in the past, they were significantly more affordable then we expected, and it was a much needed blessing.
