My family's recent experience with Hoffman-Schneider and Kitchen was absolutely wonderful. Every person who helped us was outstanding, from Alonza who walked us through the planning details with patience and advice to George who comforted us on the evening of my father's wake. We felt at every moment we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about. Flawless isn't a word I use often but I will use it here... thank you for the wonderful work you do for the people of Dubuque. It's a horribly difficult experience made immeasurably better by your expertise and professionalism. Thank you so much!

From the moment the two representatives from HSFH entered my dad's hospital room after his passing, to the final dropping off of flowers and gifts to my mom's house, we couldnt have asked for any better. Alanza (sp?) in particular went the extra mile with all aspects. She was respectful and followed our lead with the atmosphere. During the planning, she offered unbiased advice and had immediate answers to all our questions. During such sadness, her professionalism could not have been appreciated more by all of us.
