do not use this company for your wedding- my cake flowers never showed up, my bouquet was brown and after the fact nancy the manager at the shop needed to look over my contract....what do you need to look over my wedding flowers were brown this is unexceptable...also my hydradias were yellow not white, note white with the touch of green like what was talked about.....i cried tears of saddness instead of tears of joy because all of my flowers were not right, and as far as right now they haven't made it right....i will never ever ever recommend, or purchase anything from their facility every and i recommend no one else should either-i am posting the pictures of my brown flowers on facebook for you to view...keep in mind the flowers were dropped off at 9:30 and the pictures were take at 1:45....not very long

Besides the funeral directors being nice i wouldn't go back there, they used a safety pin to shut my grandmothers jacket, looked rediculous. They had 2 months to prepare for my grandmothers funeral and they were folding prayer cards in front of us. They have gone downhill since my grandfathers funeral when i was 10.

I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism with my father's funeral. The Obituary was first writen with the wrong names and very poor grammer and punctuation. They did not communicate with the monument company on burial site like they told us, nor was there chairs set up for the prayer service at the visitation. The most unprofessional thing that occurred was the face that we had to drive around the cemetery twice because they were unaware of where the burial site was. Very disappointed.

The mowing people broke my brothers vase again for the 3rd time. I called and they said they would replace the vase. They called me back and said that they has replaced it. I went out and NO THEY DIDN'T REPLACE THE BROKEN VASE! I can't believe they would lie to me on the phone. Do not believe anything they tell you!
