My daughter look nothing like herself at all. All of the pictures and the music on the DVD were not what they said they would be. I am still trying to retrieve her hair and the Death certificates that I requested. I have called and my call was not returned. The flowers that I ordered through the website were also not what I had requested. They were helpful with the casket selection.

Beautiful location and interior is very modern, handled my fathers funeral and even got me through problems with the cemetery run by a different company. They go the extra mile.

Wayne Tago and the caring, compassionate team at Stevens Mortuary guided our family through the most difficult time in our lives. We had countless questions and concerns. No matter what time, day or night, Wayne was there for us. Patiently and lovingly giving advice. My brother passed away in another state. Wayne and his team brought my brother home to Indy, even absorbing some of the cost of the funeral to make that possible. I will forever be grateful to this truly good man for the huge effort that he made on our family's behalf.

They did a very good job with my mother's funeral. They were very compassionate and understanding with my dad and me as we struggled to plan and get through this tough time. They put together a beautiful tribute video with pictures and her favorite songs, that played during the visitation and makes a precious keepsake for the family. They were prompt about fixing mistakes in the obituary and were communicative about issues that arose. I highly recommend them.

Some of my in-laws family had their military services at this mortuary years ago in 2008. I had a recent lose in the family, and he was also military. We needed the same flag display case to match the ones from 2008. Not only did they help me find the match, they had one in stock, and gave it to us for their appreciation of our loved ones service.
