My mother passed away in June and we were blessed, yes blessed, to receive a phone call from Alan Dunbar with Shirley Brothers to help with her arrangements. We had already pre-planned everything but it was just a matter of sitting down with someone and making everything final. Alan was very patient and professional and most of all caring. He walked us through every step, explained everything in detail sometimes more than once, because we couldn't remember what we needed to know or do. On the day of the service, we walked into the viewing and low and behold amongst the other flowers there, was a single red rose, in a vase with a card from Alan expressing his sympathy for our loss. This touched me. I would highly recommend Shirley Brothers and their staff to assist you with your needs when you are dealing with the loss of a loved one as they are very compassionate and caring group of people.
