I wish I didn’t have to write this review. However I feel it’s necessary given how amazing Lauck and Veldhof treated myself, my family and our friends durning my moms passing. Think of the best situation when dealing with the worst situation and that is what you’ll find here. Jeff the owner was sincere, helpful, comforting and supportive. The house was ours for the day. Last Saturday night my father passed away at IU North . We were in Hospice at this point and had arrangements made for my fathers wishes already in place , we decided that we wanted him cremated here in Indianapolis . My father passed at 11:00 pm and it was late when we finally left the hospital . We were very sleep deprived and emotional that I decided to make a decision in the morning . I knew my decision had to be the right place because their were certain wishes that had to be followed ...and it just had to be perfect for my father . I called Lauck and Veldhof after reading the 5 star review . I was so impressed with how fast they called me back , called my sister and listened to my special wishes for my father . I was very emotional raw , tired , worn out . Phil went right over to IU North and got my father . He made sure that the items that were placed on my father was still there with him and to be cremated with him .....it gave me such peace and my father knew it was to go home with him . I am so pleased and grateful for Phil and Jeffery ....they gave me peace of mind and took really great care of my father . I highly recommend them .
