I would highly recommend using Indiana Funeral Care. We were worried that my father was going to have a bunch of make up on, as we seen with other funeral homes. He looked so natural and we were very pleased with his appearance. Joey, our funeral director, was great to work with. We knew what we wanted and he didnt try to push us in another other direction by trying to up sale us on anything. The entire staff here, was so very caring about our family. Again, thank you so much for caring about our family.

A friend of mine had passed away in July. All the arrangements were left up to me. The place is wonderful on many levels. Joey and Elizabeth were awesome and made the process easy. They are very caring and know how to treat people with kindness and respect during a difficult time. I highly recommend Indiana Funeral Care.

It took nearly 2 weeks to get a death certificate for my father. When that was finally issued I spoke to someone about his ashes on Monday and I was told that they would be available on Tuesday and that someone would call me when they were ready. No one did, but I live a long distance away and was coming to town on Thursday. So, I decided to call when I got to town. Got in late so I called Friday. After identifying myself as his son, they told me that my "brother's" ashes were picked up by his wife, which he did not have. I was in a panic until a few minutes later when my sister called to tell me they had just been delivered to her. Don't expect your loved one to be treated with dignity or respect by this outfit.

They ripped off my 85 year old grandpa said it would be 5 thousand ended up being over 7 after all the extra charges. They were 4 hours late to pick up her body, took over 6 days to prepare her, charged extra to do her hair and didn't even brush it. Very bad experience all around.

Lost a husband of 54 yrs to various medical issues, resulting from strokes and yrs of smoking. His last yr and a half he was in long term care. The day he passed, a gentleman was waiting to receive his body. He was kind, respectful and I was so appreciative. The staff at IN Funeral Care were so very helpful, were available for any questions I had and handled most everything in a manner that made the process easier for me to handle, both emotionally and physically, as I have my own medical issues. My husband had chosen cremation, direct, no services, conscious of expenses. IN Funeral Care was affordable and their services exemplary. I recommend them highly. It's always a trauma to lose a beloved one, but dealing with concerned, respectful and professional persons, saved me a lot of worry that I didn't need on top of the emptiness and grief that I was dealing with and will always, in a more healing way, deal with the rest of my life. God bless these wonderful people.

We trusted them to provide funeral services for my 32 year old brother who passed away unexpectedly. They have made this entire process more heart wrenching and painful than it already is to begin with. It's not an easy thing to write an obituary for your older sibling but it had to be done so I did it. My mother and other family members I ran it by said it was beautiful and thanked me for writing it. The funeral director then changed it without our consent (my mother is the one had a contract with them) they published the obituary with the unwanted changes online without obtaining any approval. These changes and additions were requested by an estranged family member who has not been involved in the arrangements or financial obligation. It is appalling that they actually changed the obituary we wrote, it was spliced together so poorly you could clearly tell that it had been written by 2 different people with very different writing styles. When I saw it published online my heart sunk. The same obituary was to be published in the cards given to those who attend my brothers service, now instead of having something to remember him by they've made it into something that I can't even stand to look at. Had we known they would be like this we never would have trusted them to help us say our final goodbye to my brother. This is the worst nightmare that just won't end. ***edited to include that although they responded on here they will not respond to my emails.

I had a good experience dealing with everyone there as we were completely unprepared. They were nice and compassionate. The pricing was upfront and fair. They were even able to answer and offer advise to some questions that were not directly funeral related. I also like the addition of the emotional support dog too. Thank you

I went after the death of my daughter. Leann had no compassion at all. She actually looked like I was boring her. $200 just to view my daughters body? It's a money pit from hell. Be prepared to have the price sheet set in front of you before you even discuss your situation. Went to Randall and Roberts in Noblesville and was treated with the most respect and the price was much cheaper. We also got to view the body AT NO CHARGE PLEASE DON'T RESPOND TO MY REVIEW. I DON'T WANT ANY EXCUSES FOR YOUR POOR SERVICE. MAYBE YOUR EMPLOYEES COULD PRETEND TO LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS BEFORE THROWING A PRICE SHEET AT YOU

When my dear wife Margaret W. (Marsha) passed away in 2018, the Allisonville Rd. chapel (beautiful area of Indy) with Felisa Dillette was what me & my wife's daughter & her friend needed during heavy time of grief. Felisa made us feel like we would get through the stressful sorrow, & thanks to her we had a beautiful service for my dear wife. (will see you Marsha in God's Kingdom). A year later I am still appreciating the service @ Indiana Funeral Care, thanks Felisa,--Frederick Woods II, Clare MI. (pic of me & my wife years ago, thank you Lord for our years together in marriage)

The entire process (quickly came from Indy to Bloomington for deceased wife, all staff polite and honest, pricing was extremely fair and my phone conversations were handled promptly and with dignity) was respectful and the timeframe I was given was delivered on! I rate Indiana Funneral Care a 5+ service with professional staff. I was impressed by the follow-up phone calls and the staffs' sincerity.
