I had a funeral for my son, yesterday.First off, don't expect to go there past 4:30 regardless of what the website says. I went their with what I wanted my son to wear at 5, and their website says they close at six, nobody was there. So the next morning I went there at 10, says they open at 8. Nobody there. An another family was there waiting as well. My mom called and the gentlemen was at the other location. He said he will be there in 10 minutes, 20 minutes pass he finally shows up. Then, for his funeral I was to play a cd. The cd I originally made would not work off their 32 inch tv. I asked what cd perimeters were. They had no idea, so I asked if they had computer access. They did not. So I went ahead and made a negative and positive DVD player. Neither would work on their DVD player. So I had to use a little laptop for pictures. Then, I originally was working with a lady named Robyn. Then suddenly was switched to a man named jay. It was discussed with Robyn that my father would be the Paul barrier. An when we arrived at the cemetery this morning. His casket was already laid on the platform. It honestly has been so hard to bury my baby, but I could not be more dissapointed in Hopkins and rectors funeral home.

Considering why we are here, the place is clean and neat, the doors are opened for you, the parking lot is large. They are very nice, friendly folks that understand what you're going through

My fiancé’s sister passed away Monday and we used this funeral home. The staff was very helpful and professional. They connected our family with resources to pay for entire funeral except required $20.00 death certificate fees. She had no life insurance and death was unexpected. Jay was very professional and helpful. Very honest and professional business.
