In the sudden passing of my wife and not having an understanding of the process, I was led to Erlewein Mortuary by a friend for services. Still being in shock, in meeting with the staff at Erlewein, they made the process seamless. Although grieving, the staff was very attentive to my needs, very compassionate for my requests for my wife and did everything that I had requested and more. I tried to convey my feelings to them in person but, being overwhelmed with their compassion, I could not get the words out without crying. So, I sent them and email to convey my heartfelt thanks for making my life easier during such a difficult time.

I have so appreciated getting follow up information from the mortuary providing grieving guidance and suggestions for grief counseling. I've shared this with my family as well. Also, I was thinking of the best way to recommend you on-line and of course a Yelp review came to mind. I was also thinking of sending you this letter in a Thank you card and lo and behold, but what shows up at my door? All the information I needed (including a self-addressed stamped envelope!) to provide you with the review I wanted to and to be able to express my gratitude. I don't recommend anyone go through this (but since we all have to sometime!), but I do recommend Erlewein's services. p.s.
